Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Patricia for being our Employee of the Month! She's our Journey House Program Director and has been with Boys' Haven since October 2022. Her strong leadership and genuine care for our residents and team have been a blessing to Journey House. A winner is selected via nomination, and her peers and staff shared that she is always available anytime someone needs her. She's also an amazing manager and makes Boys' Haven a great place to work.
