TONY CASTILLO
Chief Executive Officer
Tony began as CEO of Boys' Haven on September 1, 2011. Mr. Castillo has been working with emotionally disturbed children for the past 25 years, has a B.S. degree in Education, is a Licensed Child Care Administrator, Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker, and is a Certified Youth and Child Care Worker in the state of Texas.
BRUCE WHITE
Program Supervisor
Bruce has been working with Boys' Haven since 2001. Mr. White has over 14 years experience working in childcare which began at the Texas Youth Commission. As our Program Supervisor, Bruce is in charge of creating our team of staff, providing required employee training, and acts as a positive and stable role model for our residents.
KAYLA MARCUS
Business Manager
Kayla is a graduate of the Lamar University class of 2005, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, has worked in office administration since 2006 and has been working in the accounting department at Boys' Haven since 2009. In September 2011, Ms. Marcus took over the role as Business Manager at the haven and is excited to be a part of the organizations expansion.
LANETTE SCOTT
Casework Manager
Lanette took over the role of Casework Manager here at Boys' Haven in July of 2011. Ms. Scott has over 10 years experience working with youth. She found it her passion at an early age and has continued working in childcare throughout the years.
LAUREN TICE
Direct Care Staff
Lauren has many years experience working in childcare and has been a wonderful asset to our Boys' Haven team since 2009. As a member of our Direct Care Staff, Ms. Tice is a positive influence on our residents and enjoys her job working with youth.
EDDIE CASTILLO
Direct Care Staff
As a member of our Direct Care Staff since June 2011, Eddie is a wonderful asset to our Boys' Haven team. Mr. Castillo enjoys his job working with youth and knowing he's making a difference in the lives of these young men.
LATASHA DILL
Direct Care Staff
Latasha has been working for Boys' Haven since 2009. As part of our Direct Care Staff, she is an import asset to our team.
BRENDA WHITE
Medication Technician
Brenda has been working as the Medication Technician here at Boys' Haven since 2007. Ms. White has over 13 years of medical experience with over 6 years of certification.

Congratulations to our Program Supervisor, Bruce White, for being selected by the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce as the "Employee of the Month" for January 2012.
